return policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within a few days and we will gladly replace the product. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

returned packages

Once a package has been returned, we’ll try to contact you based on information from your order number. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, your order is trashed.

shipping

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day that your order is packed. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the Mondays.

international orders

International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of each order. There’s no control over customs charging extra taxes and fees.
